Approximately 310,000 digitized newspaper pages, dating from 1900 to 1910, are now accessible through the Chronicling America Web site at
http://www.loc.gov/chroniclingamerica/ This has come through a long-term effort by the Library of Congress and the National Endowment for the Humanities to develop an Internet-based, searchable database of U.S. newspapers with select digitization of historic pages, as well as information about newspapers from 1690 to the present. Ultimately, over a period of approximately 20 years, there will be a national digital resource of significant newspapers published between 1836 and 1922 from all the states and U.S. territories. This database is freely accessible via the internet. At this time, only five states have received funding for the projects and Utah was one of these.
There is actually only one newspaper for Utah on the site right now and that is the Salt Lake Herald. I did a search for "Peach Days" and was rewarded with several articles. I could then view the actual paper with the words I looked for highlighted in pink. You choose to view the paper as a text or pdf file. In the pdf, it was very easy to enlarge the article to any size I wanted and print from there.
