Melissa Clark, celebrated food writer and cook book author wants us to get away from proper dinner of 1 protein and and two sides,  250 recipes in this 400 page cookbook is a brightly seasoned one pot, one bowl dinner.  I can't wait to try the Paprika Chicken with crispy chickpeas, roasted lemon, and baby Kale or the Caramelized Lemon Chicken.  As you can tell I love Chicken and lemons.  Her recipes go from Eggs to Tofu to Beef to Pork to Chicken.  With Clark as your mentor, the dinner game has changed and you and your family are the winners.
