A complaint free world

Scientists believe it takes 21 days to form a new habit and complaining is habitual for most of us. As Mark Twain said "habit is habit and not to be flung out of the window... but coaxed downstairs a step at a time". Our words are powerful indicators of our thoughts , and our thoughts shape our reality. When we complain, we draw negative things to us because we put out negative energy. One of the most important things we can do is learn not to complain. Check out http://ccunitykc.org for bracelets to help remind you not to complain. You wear the bracelet on your wrist for 21 days. If you complain, you switch the bracelet to the other wrist and start the 21 days over again. When you reach the 21 days, you can e-mail for a "Certificate of Happiness"
