2009 Summer Read-at-Home is now over. Thanks to all of the staff and children who participated this year! Be Creative @ your Library has been a fun and interesting theme for us. Several hundred children and teens picked out their prizes this weekend, they chose books, coupons from Sonic Drive-in, bowling passes, and other fun prizes.
If you and your kids haven't been in yet to collect your prizes, call the library and make an appointment, there is still time to redeem your hard earned points! Points expire on August 31st, however, so act soon!
Thanks also to all the parents! We couldn't do it without you, thanks for bringing your kids in to get books and stamps for their booklets. Thanks for taking the time to read to or with your kids.
