I read in the Ogden paper today that if your are uninsured, you can apply for Primary Preventive Healthcare for the next two weeks during open enrollment with Utah's Primary Care Network. The plan is open for enrollment only intermittently when resources are available to cover more people. Benefits include physician services, prescriptions, eye exams, emergency room visits, dental services, and general preventive services.
The deadline for enrollment is November 22nd. You can apply online at http://www.health.utah.gov/pcn/ or by calling 888-222-2542.
