I was excited to see that the Stokes Nature Center in Logan now has podcasts presenting the history and lore of Logan Canyon. There are currently only 2 podcasts at their site but they have 13 more planned. Many of their podcasts cover questions people have asked me about - like Old Ephraim, the Bear Lake monster, the Temple Sawmill and the Plane Crash of 1953 at Pat Hollow. Each segment includes directions to the sites, terrain and road conditions. They also have a brochure "The History & Lore of Logan Canyon Podcast Tour", a self-guided tour of the Canyon , available to print at their website. You can download the podcasts and listen to them as you drive the canyon. Their site can be found at http://www.logannature.org/ A new podcast will be added every two weeks.
