393 eAudiobooks Added to Brigham City Library's NetLibrary Collection

The Utah State Library provided all the publoc libraries in the State 1200 eAudiobooks through NetLibrary. These audiobooks can be downloaded to your home computer and put on a MP3 digital audio player for portable listening or they can be downloaded to your computer for listening as you work or play online. The State paid for the adult audiobooks and we are pleased to announce that they have decided to continue this service for another year. Brigham City Library users have checked-out over 600 eAudiobooks since the state first started this service late last summer. 30 to 40 new titles are added to the collection each month.

We decide to expand our collection of eAudiobooks by adding the children's and young adult fiction to the collection. This provides 363 more titles and will be added to monthly as are the adult fiction. We decided to pay the Recorded Books fee to add these excellent titles. These titles will also be loved by adult patrons. In fact, I have been listening to a children's title: "Wizard Alone" by Diane Duane and I keep staying in my car after I park to try to listen to a little more. Try out these great new books.
