Just click on the link in the upper left corner of the search screen.
Wow, today the top of the list is a classic! Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice! I think we might have the end of the school year to thank for that one. It's one of my many favorites though too! Susan, our reference librarian, was thrilled today to find a non-fiction book on the list too. It looks like people really are catching the reading bug this summer!
Then there's also a new tab when you click into any of the catalog records. This one lets you see reviews from other library users.
To add a review, all you have to do is log into your account and go the record you want to review. Click on the 'Reviews" tab, then click on "Add a Review".
Choose how many stars you'd like to give the book and make some comments if you want. If you only review by stars, your review will show up immediately. If you add comments your review will be posted as soon as a librarian publishes it.
Then we also have something to help check your spelling. It was kind of there before, but it never really work well. But now the software company has improved the process. Just type in your word and click on keyword.
You'll get a screen listing a lot of subjects close to the word you spelled, but, if it's not right, you can just click on the tab that says "Search All Words" and this will show you a drop down menu with other options that may fit your search. If any of them are what you want just select the word and click on "Go". It's that easy.
We hope you'll like the new features available to you now. And if they sound fun, but your thinking, "Hey, I need a password. How do I get one?" then just come on in and ask about getting a password at the circulation desk. We'll be happy to help you get one.
