Let's Party!

Construction is coming near completion! We are planning an Open House celebration on Monday June 21st. A ribbon cutting with dignataries such as Rep. Rob Bishop, our current and former Mayor and City Council will be held at 6:00 p.m with a reception to follow. Everyone is invited to attend the ribbon cutting and reception. We will serve light refreshments, show a dvd with construction photos, and have activities and door prizes.

We will be putting together a time capsule to hide in the wall upstairs for the next construction crew to find. We will be putting items in the can that night and sealing it up after the reception. Items planned to include in the time capsule are staff photos, the construction photo dvd, press announcement and personal items from the staff.

We are also expecting FEMA representatives to attend since our project was funded through FEMA and has been nominated for an award.

Plan to join us and see all the improvements we have made to our building.
